Who We Are

RealEstateU® is an online real estate school based in Florida that offers real estate licensing, continuing education, and real estate investing courses.

RealEstateU® was founded by Andrew Anic and Ciprian Morariu in January of 2013.

While pursuing a Master’s degree in real estate finance from NYU, Andrew teamed with Ciprian an entrepreneur, to build an online video library of practical and affordable real estate courses.

RealEstateU® began by producing a series of real estate investing courses for aspiring entrepreneurs, taught by NYU instructors and several experienced real estate investing professionals throughout the country.

Where We're Heading

In November 2013, RealEstateU® began producing an online video version of the 75 Hour New York State Real Estate Salesperson course. The course was filmed in Manhattan, and includes video lessons taught by 21 real estate professionals. After months of filming, editing, programming, and a hefty investment, the course was completed, and approved by the New York State Department of State and Arello.

The RealEstateU® Salesperson licensing course was launched on September 6, 2014.
