Mermelstein Development is an international real estate company, principally engaged in the acquisition, ownership, investment, management and development of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. It was established in 2001 to acquire, develop and manage residential and commercial properties in and outside of the United States.
Mermelstein Development has the financial strength and experience to execute projects of all sizes and virtually unlimited complexity. From the beginning, the firm’s management evolved to adapt to the industry’s most fundamental and challenging axiom: that real estate is by nature a local business. Even as the firm crossed continents and cultures, high standards of quality, taste and execution remained steadfastly at its core.
From office space to retail to hotels and arts facilities, Mermelstein Development has developed or acquired more than 5 million square feet of space since 2001. Attention to detail, efficiency, economy and engineering innovations are among the hallmarks of all Mermelstein Development projects. The firm’s unique talent in value engineering allows its partners to achieve their development goals on or below budget.
