How and where can I get my fingerprints taken if I'm not a resident?
An out-of-state real estate applicant must have their fingerprints taken by the local law enforcement agency through the process known as Cardscan. This agency will forward the fingerprints directly to IDEMIA. IDEMIA forwards these prints to the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the FBI. Fingerprints must be sent to the following address:

A copy of the IDEMIA payment and a copy of the envelope that was used to send the fingerprints can both be used in lieu of the IDEMIA receipt when applying for a real estate license in Missouri.
