The Wisconsin real estate licensing exam is administered by PearsonVUE. The state licensing exam must be taken in-person at one of PearsonVUE’s testing centers. You can schedule your exam online through the PearsonVUE website or via phone at (888)204-6284.

There is a $65 per attempt for the WI real estate Licence Exam. You can make the payment online using a credit card. You can also make payment using a cashier’s check or money order. It is important to note that the exam fee is non-refundable.

Once you complete the 72 hour pre-license course you will be provided with a certificate of completion which you will use for your Pearson VUE exam to prove you completed the education requirements.
