The Idaho licensing renewal process is handled through the Idaho Real Estate Commission's online services web portal.

The individual salesperson renewal fee is $160, which can be paid through the online services web portal. Any late renewals incur an additional $25 fee.

Real estate licenses are good for two years. They expire on the last day of your birth month. For example, if you are born on September 15th, the year that you renew your license will expire on September 30th.

For your first-time license renewal, you will need to take 12 hours of post-licensing education.
