I have written 5 books and published over 400 articles, monograms, bi-lines in real estate appraisal, real estate, economics, finance, computer software and applications, personal development etc. I’m the only one in the field to have published a law book used for continuing legal and real estate education about how to become an outstanding expert witness.

I also wrote personal development book providing the keys and secrets to develop potential including extraordinary sales ability, goal setting, overcoming fear of rejection and failure. Along that goal path, I wrote this book with a slightly misleading title

Computer Applications: I also wrote a comprehensive set of computer programs, originally designed for the Hewlett Package mini computer which revolutionized computer use in the real estate appraisal field. I have numerous copyrights in this area. I was an OEM for Hewlett Packard.

I have appraised all types of real estate around the United States since high school. I hold the MAI and SRPA designations as well as being State Licensed as a real estate appraiser and real estate broker.. My expert witness testimony has been accepted in Federal and State courts in bench and jury trials. I started my career working for a predecessor of my family real estate business started by my great grandfather just before the turn of the century.

I’m associated with a major, world known real estate family. They own / operate over 1 billion square feet of investment grade real estate, own two of the five largest residential real estate brokerages in the tri-state area, own a construction company – property management company. I work with them in procuring real estate equity and mortgage financing, acquiring major investment real estate projects for themselves and clients as well as helping provide other related real estate services for my clients. I also raise real estate equity capital for high quality real estate development and operating partner.

I have been retained to raise over $2 Billion of real estate capital in 2014. I have spoken or taught real estate appraisal, applied mathematical applications in real estate, economics, finance around the United States and abroad. I have been an associate adjunct professor of real estate at Long Island University, NYU, Queens College, New York Institute of Technology and various real estate schools including the Long Island Board of Realtors.

I have trained and mentored 100’s of real estate appraisers, real estate salesperson’s and brokers. I also continue to develop or revise computer models I have designed for real estate appraisal, real estate analysis, applied math and computer applications.
