If you do not have any audio for your videos please first make sure the audio is not muted on your computer.
If the audio is not muted on your computer, please make sure the audio is not muted on the video player itself. To do so, go to the bottom right corner of the video (to the left of the HD letters) and make sure the video audio is turned on.
If you checked the audio on your device and the volume on the video player and you still have no audio, please check other video platforms (for example YouTube) and see if you are experiencing the same issue.
If the audio works properly on other video platforms, please restart/reboot your computer as there may be a conflict with your computer drivers.
You can also consider updating your device drivers as well as the browser(s).
