Your state licensing exam has a general section and a state section. Pearson VUE publishes content outlines breaking down the topics on the general and state sections of the exam. These sections will ask about real estate law and regulations, the practice of real estate, real estate agency, contracts, financing, and real property.
The Utah State exam has two portions, a state portion and a general portion. The specific number of questions will vary between the different exam forms, but the general portion has approximately 80 questions while the state portion has around 50 items. There may be up to five experimental questions per section.
