The Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson State Exam consists of two portions: (1) the National real estate portion and (2) the Wisconsin Salesperson Supplement portion. There is no limit as to how many times you can take the state exam. You can take the state exam as many times as needed until you pass. However, a $65 exam fee is applicable for each attempt.
The good news is you will get your exam results at the testing center as soon as you’ve completed the exam. You will simply get a “Pass” or “Fail” grade.
Wisconsin uses weighted questions on their state exam, which means not all questions are worth the same number of points. For this reason, PearsonVUE does not specify the number of questions you need to answer correctly in order to pass. You must obtain a weighted score of at least 75 out of 100.
