What offenses disqualify me from receiving an MS Salesperson License?
If you have been convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to a felony in a domestic or foreign court during the five years immediately preceding the date of the application for licensing, your application will be denied. In addition, if you have been convicted of a felony involving an act of fraud, dishonesty or a breach of trust, or money laundering at any time preceding the date of the application, you are disqualified.
