What real estate courses are required to apply for a MN license?
An applicant for a Minnesota real estate salesperson license must complete a total of 90 hours of pre-licensing coursework. Minnesota breaks the courses into three 30-hour courses known as Course I, Course II, and Course III.
The three courses must be completed before applying for a real estate license. However, applicants may take the real estate license exam after successfully completing Course I.
