Can I miss or cancel my South Carolina PSI real estate exam?
If you miss your scheduled appointment or you cancel less than two days prior to your scheduled exam date, you will forfeit your exam fee and need to reschedule your exam. This penalty occurs if you:
Do not cancel your appointment two days before the scheduled exam date
Do not show up for your exam appointment
Arrive to your exam after the start time
Fail to present your identification
You will need to submit a new registration and pay the exam fee if you need to reapply for a missed exam.
