If you are a licensed Florida, Ohio, West Virginia, or Tennessee real estate sales associate, you can get your license through reciprocity. You’ll need to complete a 40-hour reciprocal license law course, submit your fingerprints for a national criminal record check, and take the reciprocal license exam. You also still need to complete the 48 hours of post-license education courses within the first two years of earning your Kentucky license.
