Your background check will be performed by TREC after your fingerprints are taken. Once your fingerprints are taken at a MorphoTrust location, they are electronically transmitted to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the FBI for a criminal history check. The results will be sent to TREC to sign off on your background history check.
