How do I renew an inactive Florida real estate license?

A licensee may reactivate a real estate license that has been involuntarily inactive for one year (or less) by completing a minimum of 14 hours of FREC-prescribed continuing education courses.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Florida Statute 455.271, a licensee can reactivate a real estate license that has been in an involuntary inactive status for longer than one year but fewer than two years by completing 28 hours of an FREC-prescribed education course.
