How do I renew my Iowa real estate license?

When it's time to renew, you'll go on to My Iowa PLB and submit a renewal application. The Commission no longer accepts paper applications.

The salesperson license renewal fee is $125. You can pay using a credit card through My Iowa PLB.

First-time salesperson renewals do not have any special requirements from any other license holder. You will need to take your continuing education before December 31 of your renewal year.
