You can get your IN broker license in approx. 4 weeks. 1) Complete the 90-hour pre-license course online: 2-6 weeks. 2) Schedule and pass the IN state pre-license exam: 1-3 weeks. 3) Apply for your license. The real estate commission does not give an approval time estimate. Track your application progress online.
All applicants are required to take the Indiana Pre-license Broker exam, administered by PSI. If you are not applying by reciprocity, you will also take three tests as part of your required 90-hour Pre-license Broker course.
Indiana does not have an online application for the broker’s license at this time. You will need to mail in a paper application and supporting documents.
