Your prior criminal activity will be disclosed to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission through the FBI and state criminal history check and on the screening questions included in the sales associate application.

You personally will disclose your prior criminal history when you submit your sales associate application. The screening questions inquire about your criminal history. You may be asked to submit additional supporting documentation for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission to make a decision about your licensure.
