The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission denies licenses to anyone convicted of a crime defined in Section 13.1, Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes within twenty years of the sentence completion. Anyone convicted of a felony crime related to real estate or public safety will be denied for ten years from sentence completion.
