What offenses would disqualify me from receiving an OK License?

Any applicant convicted of a felony crime related to the real estate occupation or posing a threat to public safety will not be allowed to receive a license within ten years of completing the sentence. These could include crimes of moral turpitude, fraud, and forgery. Anyone convicted of any crimes in Section 13.1, Title 21 of the Oklahoma statutes is also denied a license. These include crimes such as first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree rape, arson, burglary, bombing, child abuse, and other crimes against children.
