What are the age requirements to obtain a Georgia real estate license?

You must be at least 18 years old to obtain a Georgia real estate salespersons license.
You must be at least 21 years old to obtain a Georgia real estate broker's license.

You are allowed to take the Georgia real estate salesperson's State exam at age 17; however, you cannot activate your license until you are at least 18 years old.
Similarly, you can take the Georgia real estate broker's State exam at age 20, but cannot activate your broker's license until you are at least 21 years old.
