To renew your Ohio real estate license, you need to use the Ohio Division of Real Estate eLicense Center. You'll log in to your account to add your continuing education and process your license renewal.

The salesperson renewal fee is $182. If you choose to renew online, you can pay using a Visa or MasterCard. Mail-in renewal can be paid with a check or money order made out to the Ohio Division of Real Estate.

You must renew your salesperson license every three years by your birthday. So if you were licensed in 2020, you would renew in 2023 by your birthday.
