As a licensed NY real estate salesperson, you will be allowed to represent sellers or landlords to sell or lease their property, or represent buyers or tenants looking to buy or rent a property, and earn a commission in the process.
This applies to all types of real estate (residential, commercial, or industrial) throughout New York State.
