What courses am I required to take to get a PA real estate license?

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires you to complete the 75-hour pre-license course before you can take the state licensing exam and ultimately obtain your real estate license.
The 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-license course actually consists of two separate courses:
1) 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals
2) 45-hour Real Estate Practice

The Commission may waive the 75-hour pre-license course if you hold a bachelor's degree in real estate, or a juris doctor degree from an accredited law school.
