What is included on the MN real estate salesperson state exam?

The general exam content will include real property characteristics, forms of ownership, transfer and recording of title, property value in appraisal, real estate contracts and agency, real estate practice, property disclosures and environmental issues, financing and settlement, and real estate math calculations.

The state portion of the Minnesota real estate licensing exam will cover real estate brokerage license law, contracts and disclosures, interests in real property, conveyance procedures and protection of parties, and financial instruments.
