What is the education requirement for renewing my license in NC?
There is no additional continuing education requirement to renew your license in the year that you pass the exam and initially receive your provisional broker license.
However, beginning in the second year of licensure, you will need to meet the minimum continuing education requirement of 8 hours between July 1 and June 10 of each year.
Keep in mind as well that you will still need to complete the post-license coursework within 18 months of receiving your provisional broker license.
