You will need to fill out a New Mexico license transfer application. You need to provide information on the brokerage you are transferring from in The Brokerage you are transferring to. Make sure the transfer application includes your original license. Your qualifying broker needs to mail it in if your license is not inactive. There is a $20 transfer processing fee. You also need a copy of your errors and omissions insurance policy.
