What offenses would disqualify me to receive a HI Salesperson License?

Felony convictions can disqualify you from receiving in Hawaii salesperson license. The HREC also does not look favorably on misdemeanor, court-martial, and convictions for DUI, drug abuse, unpaid judgments, tax liens, disciplinary action against the professional license, or if you are currently on parole or probation. You can request a preliminary judgment from the Real Estate Commission before starting the licensing process.
