What offenses would disqualify me from receiving an AZ license?
You will not be able to receive an Arizona salesperson’s license if you have been convicted of a felony or convicted of a misdemeanor offense, such as theft, forgery, extortion, conspiracy to defraud, violence against another person, or crimes of moral turpitude. You also won't be able to get a license if you are currently under probation, paroled, or incarcerated.
