In total, you can pay as little as $765 to earn your Delaware real estate salesperson license. These fees are spread out over the entire licensing process and not paid upfront.

The first tests you take are during the pre-license course. Each major course wraps with a final exam that you must pass with a minimum score of 70%, and you can retake each final exam just once. Once you have completed your pre-license education, you will take the state licensing exam, which has 120 questions.
