What tests do I need to take to get my Missouri real estate license?
There are two exams you need to pass in order to apply for your Missouri real estate salesperson license.
First, you must pass the final exam for both the 48-hour Missouri Pre-Examination course and the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course (2 final exams in total).
Next, you must pass the Missouri state licensing exam.
Please note, you are only eligible to take the Missouri state licensing exam after you pass the final exam for the 48-hour Pre-Examination course.
