What tests do I need to take to get my VA real estate license?

There are two tests you need to pass in order to apply for your Virginia real estate salespersons license.
First, you must pass the school's proctored final exam, which you will take at the end of the 60-hour pre-license course.
After you pass the school's proctored final exam, you can then sit for the state licensing exam.
This is a proctored exam that must be taken through PSI.
The state exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. You must pass both portions in order to pass the overall exam.
