If you miss your scheduled appointment, you may apply directly through the PSI website or by phone at 800-733-9267 to reschedule the missed exam or exam sections. You will need to reschedule within the 180-day eligibility window.
Most applicants needing to reschedule their appointment will be able to do so through an expedited “one-stop” reapplication and examination rescheduling process that will enable you to reapply for licensure and to schedule another license exam by contacting PSI by phone or the PSI website. You will need to pay $164, which includes the application fee and exam fee, to retake the state exam and immediately schedule your new exam date

The exam is 3.5 hours and it includes 135 questions: 80 are National and 40 are State-based questions. The remaining 15 questions are not scored, they are pretest questions.
