Can the Commission pre-review my license application?
Unfortunately, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission does not pre-review applications to determine if you will qualify for a license based on past criminal activity. You must complete the 75-hour pre-license course, pass the state exam, and submit your license application along with any required supporting documentation before the Commission will review your case.
