How do I reinstate an expired NY real estate license?
If your NY real estate license has been expired for less than 2 years, you may have your license reinstated by completing the following:
Complete the required 22.5 hours of continuing education.
Submit your renewal application online through your eAccessNY account.
Pay the $55 license renewal fee.
You cannot reinstate a license that has been expired for more than 2 years. Instead, you will have to retake the state exam and submit a new license application.

You can renew your NY real estate salespersons license through your eAccessNY account up to three months prior to your license expiration date.
