What is the cost to renew a Missouri real estate salesperson license?

When renewing a Missouri real estate license online, an applicant has several electronic payment options (debit/credit card, electronic bank check, etc.). This renewal form is available online.

The renewal fee for a Missouri real estate salesperson license is $40 for a Missouri resident and $100 for a nonresident. Note: there is a vendor processing of $.50 and a nominal renewal fee ($1-$4.35).

Late fees for a Missouri real estate salesperson license are calculated at $50 per month (or any part of the month thereof), with a maximum late fee of $200. It is important to note that a real estate licensee who pays a late fee will have a lapse in their license coverage. During the time a license has lapsed, the licensee CANNOT engage in real estate activities. (Missouri Statute 339.020).
