About the 75-Hour New York Real Estate License Course

In order to be eligible to apply for an ​NYS license, you must complete the 75-hour NYS license course. The course must be approved by the NYS DOS. At the end of the course is a proctored final exam that you must pass in order to receive your Certificate of Completion for the course.
